Firefighters rolled out 121st Avenue and 212th Street on possible haz mat spill

Maple Ridge fire department responded to a call about a suspicious smell or possible hazardous materials spill in the area of 212th Street and 121st Avenue Wednesday afternoon, but found nothing upon further investigation. The heavy fog created stagnant air conditions, which might have contributed to the smell, according to firefighters.
