In Photos: Students showcase science skills at annual fair

The 2018 Central Okanagan Regional Science Fair is held today at Aberdeen Hall

Students showed off their science skills Saturday during the 2018 Central Okanagan Regional Science Fair.

Organizer Shona Becker, who is also a teacher at Summerland Secondary School, said 30 projects and about 40 students competed in the annual fair.

Project themes included environmental awareness and developing global perspectives, said Becker.

Bursaries were available for winning students who will compete on a national level in Ottawa, May 13 to 19.

Teryl Bates (Kelowna Secondary School)
