In town collision
A car accident in Golden had traffic being diverted while emergency crews cleared up two vehicles which were damaged.
A car accident in front of Overwaitea caused quite a scene on August 11. After two cars collided, RCMP, the Fire Department and Paramedics responded. A woman from one vehicle was taken to hospital and released later. The scene was cleaned up quickly and traffic was moving through the area soon after the accident. The cause for the accident has yet to be determined.
