Mikayla Mosher from the Lone Butte 4-H Club competed in the district 4-H public speaking competition in Williams Lake on March 5. She received first place in the junior category and earned a spot to go on to the regional competition in Quesnel on April 2. Her speech was on Old Wive's tales and superstitions.
