Jury continues deliberations in Gill, Van Dyke trial

The jury has been out since lunch Thursday, deliberating the fate of Clarence Gill and Bradley Van Dyke.

The 12-member jury in the Clarence Gill and Bradley Van Dyke trial continues their deliberation this morning.

The jury went into discussions yesterday (Thursday) around noon. Before 9 p.m. Thursday night, the judge called deliberations for the night.

The jury went back in this morning at 9 a.m.

Van Dyke and Gill have been charged with break and enter to commit an indictable offence, assault, aggravated assault and using a firearm while committing or attempting to commit the indictable offence of assault after an alleged incident in September 2009.
