Police have released a sketch of a person who may have information regarding a sexual assault that occurred in Mission Creek Park June 3.

Police have released a sketch of a person who may have information regarding a sexual assault that occurred in Mission Creek Park June 3.

The man was seen walking from the area of the park entrance on Hall Road just before dark on, or close to, the night of the sexual assault.

According to Const. Kris Clark, police are not labelling the individual as a suspect; rather, simply a person with whom the police would like to speak to.

The man is described as Caucasian, in his early 30s, five-foot-eight with a thin build and unkempt appearance. He was last seen wearing baggy, tapered black pants, a grey hoodie with a circular design and light coloured running shoes.

Anyone with any information regarding this man’s identity is asked to call Const. McBride of the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300.
