Hundreds of youngsters enjoyed food, entertainment and hands-on play during the annual KidFest at Parksville’s Community Park Sunday.
The event featured numerous booths with activities for the kids to take part in, an extensive bounce-a-rama and food booths with fare for the entire family.
A big highlight was the annual Quality Foods Kids Sand-sculpting event at the beach, with youths crafting their unique creations in multiple age groups.
