Lake Country daytime break May 24

The suspect rang the doorbell then gained entry into the home by forcing open a side door.

Lake Country RCMP are searching for a suspect, after an eye witness watched a brazen daytime residential break in Tuesday morning.

On May 24, at 11:45 a.m., the Lake Country RCMP were called to a break and enter in progress at a residence in the 10000 block of Seaton Road.

Police learned that the suspect rang the doorbell of the home then attempted to gain entry into the home through the rear doors. He then forced entry through a side door of the residence.

Once inside the suspect stole a 55-inch LG LED flat screen television with serial number #55LF6000, an old wood stained jewelry box along with various pieces of jewelry from the home.

The suspect was associated to a vehicle which was driven up to the residence and left idling with a woman suspect waiting inside.

The suspect man was described to police as:

  • Caucasian male;
  • 30-40 years of age;
  • Bald;
  • Tattoos up both sides of his neck, with two skulls on the right side of his neck and a black & grey striped tattoo on the left side of his neck;
  • Wearing a black shirt, black hoodie and two toned blue & black jeans.

The suspect woman was described to police as:

  • Caucasian female;
  • Long dark hair past her shoulders.
