Central Okanagan-Similkameen-Nicola MP Dan Albas has been named interprovincial trade critic for the Conservative opposition in Ottawa.
The appointment, by interim party leader Rona Ambrose, were announced Friday morning.
After the appointment, Albas Tweeted that he was proud to be named Opposition critic for interprovincial trade.
“This helps continue my work for free trade of Canadian wine and more, helping to build a stronger more united Canada,” Albas wrote.
“I am looking forward to this opportunity to welcome your input.”
