A little loose change goes a long way when it comes to helping children with life threatening conditions.
Over the past year thousands of passengers at the Victoria International Airport have put their traveling change into a Help Fill a Dream collection egg located in the terminal building.
Anita Kardos, terminal operations officer accepted a plaque from the Help Fill a Dream Foundation director Brian Losie in appreciation of the airport hosting the ‘egg’ in its departure lounge.
Over the past year the ‘egg’ has collected more than $3,000 in support of programs and dream fulfillment for children with life threatening conditions.
