A residential housing project is moving ahead in Lumby.
Council has approved a development variance permit for a development at 2090 Mountain View Ave.
Mayor Kevin Acton says the project could include about 12 houses and multi-family units.
“We want to see the town grow at a reasonable pace,” he said.
