A 22-year-old Salmon Arm man remained in hospital in critical condition Thursday, July 9 following an ATV accident the night before.
Salmon Arm RCMP report that officers were called to a rural property in Salmon Arm at 8:45 Wednesday night, responding to a report of the 22-year-old and a 54-year-old man riding a quad when it overturned.
Police say the older man suffered minor injuries but the 22-year-old sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported by ambulance to Kamloops General Hospital in very serious condition.
Police are withholding the names of those involved and the accident is under investigation.
