Two men have been taken into police custody in relation to the shooting

Two men are in custody after shooting in North Surrey on this week.

On Tuesday at 12:45 p.m., Surrey Mounties were called to 108 Avenue and Whalley Boulevard where they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Later in the afternoon, Surrey RCMP located two suspects and detained them.

Police are now confirming it was a targeted incident.

The investigation continues.
