Minor injuries in Lac La Hache crash

A 90-day driving prohibition and a 30-day vehicle impoundment was issued to a driver who failed a roadside screening device.

On May 12, 100 Mile House RCMP responded to a complaint of a single-vehicle roll-over on Highway 97 at Lac La Hache.

According to the RCMP, the driver of a green 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier lost control of the vehicle and it overturned in the ditch. The three other occupants in the vehicle were transported by ambulance to hospital and treated for minor injuries and released.

The 100 Mile RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in finding the people responsible for vandalizing a greenhouse at the 108 Mile Mall.

Culprits slashed the plastic on the greenhouse and then damaged the plants inside.

The damage to the property is estimated to be around $2,000.
