A girl missing for 10 days has been found, safe and unharmed, in Vancouver.
Jamie-Leah Prohl, 12, was the subject of an intense police search and pleas from her nine-year-old sister to return.
She had last been seen during the evening hours of March 27 before going to bed at her home in the 13200 block of 105 Avenue.
There had been several reports of where she might be, including Squamish and Alberta, however police had no firm indication of where she might be.
Her family home life is described by police as challenging and dysfunctional.
Vancouver police found Jamie last Thursday night.
She is now in the custody of the Ministry of Children and Families who have started a plan to ensure the safety and well-being of her nine-year-old sister Lisa Menard.
