Ridge Meadows Mounties have found the Pitt Meadows woman who went missing last Wednesday.
The 72-year-old was last seen around midnight Wednesday (Nov. 23) in her Pitt Meadows home.
The missing woman was then found by a citizen around noon Saturday, say RCMP. She was walking along a path in Pitt Meadows, and appeared to be disoriented to the citizen,
said Cpl. Brenda Winpenny in a release.
Other than being cold, she appears to be in relatively good health. Her family is very relieved that she is going to be okay.
Police are still looking for Michael Segers, 23, who went missing on Saturday, Nov. 19. He was last seen in downtown Maple Ridge at the Haney Place Mall at around 2:15 p.m.
He’s a white male, about 5’11” with a thin build, about 170 pounds with medium-length dark-brown hair, hazel eyes with a fair complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue, plaid shirt and black jeans.
“Since the time he was reported missing, police have pursued a number of investigative avenues to locate him, but so far this has been unsuccessful in locating him. He has been known to travel to the downtown east end of Vancouver, as well as the Haney bus loop. It is out of character for him not to contact family or friends,” Winpenny said.
Anyone who’s seen him, is asked to call Ridge Meadows RCMP at 604-463-6251.
