The Mission School District and district parents advisory council are holding the Family Mental Health and Wellness Forum tonight.
The event is being hosted on Zoom and starts at 7 p.m.
It features three presentations: Dan Thiessen will be giving a presentation on emotional coaching; Beth-Anne Cullen, Brenna Pennell and Cheryl Wallace will speak on emotional regulation and calming spaces; and Monica Thimer will talk about Family Smart services and peer support.
There will be a question and answer period with all the presenters.
