More trouble with intoxicated people

- erratic driver on the westside of the old bridge

Over the past 24 hours these are some of the events Terrace RCMP responded to:

Downtown Terrace

– erratic driver on the westside of the old bridge

– police attended for the third time in 24 hours to a residence on Greig Ave to arrest an intoxicated person for mischief

– male arrested for public intoxication on the corner of Lakelse Ave and Emerson St

Elsewhere in Terrace

– false 911 call

– report of a bear banger being shot on Westview Dr and Hillcrest Ave. Police attended and found a tree branch on a power line that caused a transformer to blow

– a vehicle struck a person in a wheelchair at the Tim Horton’s on Keith Ave. No injuries were

received

– police attended to the eighth false alarm this year at a business address
