At 11:30 a.m., April 23, police attended to a two vehicle collision on Highway 97B at Auto Road.

At 11:30 a.m., April 23, police attended to a two vehicle collision on Highway 97B at Auto Road. Investigation revealed that a northbound vehicle had been attempting to turn left off the highway, when rear-ended by a second vehicle. All occupants, including an infant, were transported to hospital by ambulance service. None of the injuries were life-threatening. The driver of the offending vehicle was found to be prohibited from driving and operating an uninsured vehicle. The 20-year-old male driver will be attending court for various charges under the Motor Vehicle Act.
