The Kelowna RCMP is looking for any information in regards to a  series of Rutland break-ins.

Mounties responded to three day time residential Break and Enters that occurred in the Huckleberry and Jack Pine Road area in Rutland, Aug. 27,

“Three homes were the target of the Break and Enters between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Suspects gained entry to all three homes through insecure windows and a locked front door.  Once inside, thieves targeted cash, jewellery, passports, bikes, golf clubs, computers and electronics.  Also stolen from the area was a White BMW X3,” said Const. K. Brett.

“It is unknown at this time how many suspects were involved, however considering the time spent in the rural area and what was taken, it is believed there was more than one person or vehicle involved.”

On the same day, an abandoned stolen vehicle was located in the area that may be related to the Break & Enters.  A grey 1997 Honda CRV was located on Jack Pine road with fresh damage to the driver’s side quarter panel.
