West Kelowna residents and visitors have one last opportunity to take in a free concert at Memorial Park in West Kelowna Friday.
The 2013 Music in the Park season draws to a close with a final concert featuring three performers.
Talented kid Bjorn Kriel will get the evening started at 6:45 p.m. Opening act Rant and Rave—with West Kelowna singer Barbara Samuel—will take the stage at 7:15 p.m. before jazz soloist Ellen Churchill headlines the evening at 8:15 p.m.
In its second year, Music in the Park has averaged 700 fans each week this summer, compared to the 400 per week average of 2012.
