Nanaimo RCMP looking for owner of tools found by city worker

Ryobi drill, Mastercraft angle grinder and DeWalt circular saw turned over to police

Police in Nanaimo hope to reunite several found tools with their owner.

The tools, which include a Ryobi drill, Mastercraft angle grinder and DeWalt circular saw level, were discovered by a city employee who was conducting a cleanup in south Nanaimo on Wednesday, April 7.

The tools are in relatively good condition, according to a Nanaimo RCMP press release, and were turned over to police.

Serial numbers on all the items found were checked and none had been reported stolen.
