Nanaimo school district will continue holding meetings for its 2020 Vision multi-year budget plan in 2017.
The plan deals with budget, facilities and asset management and the school board was anticipated to approve a schedule at its Wednesday night board meeting.
Trustees are scheduled to receive a presentation of 2020 Vision survey results at the Feb. 8 business committee meeting.
A public input session is anticipated for Feb. 23, with the district department of learning services presenting a three-year budget plan.
More departments are slated to present at a March 1 education committee meeting and Nanaimo teachers and support workers unions will present at the March 8 business committee meeting.
Dale Burgos, school district spokesman, said a date for release of the 2020 Vision report is not known yet.
