Motorists are advised that the current road conditions in many parts of the city are becoming very slippery. Heavy snow in western parts of the city and at higher elevations has resulted in several accidents. Plowing and sanding trucks are out clearing major routes but several side streets will not be plowed until later. Highway 1 traffic appears to be moving smoothly albeit at a slower pace.
