Fred Wilcox donates his time and effort to help keep the sidewalk in front of the Bargain Centre clear of snow in the winter. He was dismayed to find his efforts on the weekend negated by Argo Road Maintenance when their snow removal on the street transferred the snow to the sidewalk Wilcox had just cleaned off. “They don’t have to do that,” he said to the Review, noting that if the plow slowed down a little, they wouldn’t be throwing the snow all over the sidewalk. Wilcox took his concerns to the village office.
