The Okanagan Dance Studio is hosting a community yard sale and family market on June 1 to support its showgroup.
Located at 220 Manor Park Ave. (Leir House grounds), the event takes place from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The yard sale will feature kids’ clothing, toys and household items.

Multiple vendors will have booths and attendees will also be able to purchase used books and bake sale items. Kids at the event can also have henna and face painting done.
The event will have a hot dog barbecue as well as early bird coffee and treats.
Those interested in renting a table for $25 can contact okdsfundraising@gmail.com. Each year, dozens of dancers with the studio from all different age groups participate in a feature showgroup. While the performance does not attend festivals, the studio hosts multiple community performances to showcase the talent and hard work of the dancers.
