Pedestrian struck
Emergency personnel attend to an injured man on the side of the street on the 3500 block of Skaha Lake Road Thursday. The man was apparently struck by a pickup truck (background) which left the roadway and hit a rock wall in front of Anthony’s Pub. A pregnant woman in the passenger seat of the vehicle was also taken to hospital. The conditions of those involved were not available but the injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
