A RCMP presence was visible in downtown Penticton on Thursday afternoon.
Two police vehicles were at Main Street and Nanaimo Avenue at just after 1 p.m.
Two officers placed one man who was in Nanaimo Square into the RCMP vehicle. Witnesses at the scene alleged that the man seemed like he may have been intoxicated.
