Parking permits for the City’s three scramble/unassigned lots (Martin Street behind City Hall, Nanaimo and Brunswick) will go on  sale Dec. 15.  The front doors of City Hall will open early at 8:00 a.m.  with sales beginning at 8:30 a.m. Read more about this by clicking here.
