Pipers pick-up
NANAIMO: Dover Bay secondary SSchool students brave wet weather to clean up the shores of Piper's Lagoon Park.
espite wind and rain, Lindsay Scheer, William Sanderson and Hideki Sato joined about 30 students from Dover Bay Secondary School to participate in a shoreline clean-up at Pipers Lagoon, organized by fellow student Christine Jenkins. Students spent the morning picking up garbage and other materials from the popular Nanaimo recreation destination.
