Police help boy get back into apartment building

Terrace RCMP responded to approximately 17 calls for service from February 9th, 8 a.m. till February 10th, 8 a.m.

During the same time period, two people were lodged in Terrace cells – one of these people was lodged for intoxication.

Downtown Terrace

A group of people fighting on Emerson St. The group dispersed prior to police attendance. Police spoke with some people in the area.

Missing 30-year-old man.

Elsewhere Terrace

Domestic dispute. Police spoke with the people involved. Unsubstantiated.

Police pulled over a white Ford Edge parked in the Back Eddy Pub parking lot. There was open alcohol in the vehicle.

A nine-year-old boy unable to get back into an apartment building after playing in the snow. Police assisted.

A man uttered threats when he found his laundry had been thrown on the floor. Police spoke with the man.

Domestic dispute. Police spoke with the people involved. A verbal argument had escalated to rude behaviors to provoking the other person. No criminal offence.

Domestic on Kalum St. Police spoke with three highly intoxicated people. A 34-year-old man was arrested.

A 14-year-old girl with a knife and she isn’t supposed to have sharp things. Police spoke with the girl and others involved.

Intoxicated person in the snow near Haugland Ave./Molitor St. Checks were done of the area. A second call was received about the same man. The 48-year-old man was transported to an alternate location.

An intoxicated woman not welcome at a residence. Police transported the 46-year-old woman to an alternate location.

Rural

Assist Lisims/Nass Valley RCMP with two investigations.

Familial dispute. Further information could not be obtained.

Shots heard near Kleanza Dr.

Kulspai

Deceased 49-year-old man on Kulspai Cr. The matter has been turned over to the Coroner.
