Mobility scooter vandalized in undergrounds parking

Police responded to mischief to a mobility scooter in June 24, after the scooter was parked in secure underground parking in the 2000 of block Goldsmith Street. Officers found the ignition and lock to the storage area had been tampered with.

Driver suspended for driving over alcohol limit

Police stopped a vehicle on Cadboro Bay Road on June 22 to check for the sobriety of the driver. The male driver provided a sample into the Roadside screening device and the result was 43 milligrams. Class 7 drivers have a restriction of driving with a zero blood alcohol content and therefore a 12 hour driving suspension was issued to the driver in question.

Secured mens bike stolen at University of Victoria

On June 24 police responded to a theft of a bicycle at the University of Victoria after the cable lock was cut. The bike is a black and white mens Gary Fisher Advance mountain bike.
