Fraser House received $30,000 in funding from the provincial government on Wednesday afternoon.
Maple Ridge-Mission MLA Marc Dalton presented a cheque to Fraser House to help fund the work done at the facility.
Dalton said the group was “changing lives” and called it a “key organization” that is making a “difference” in the community.
The Fraser House Society provides counselling and prevention services to adults, youth and families with concerns around substance use.
