The Capital Regional District is seeking public opinion on its draft regional trails management plan.

The plan will guide decision making, priority setting, and budget planning over the next 10 years.

The CRD regional trails system is made up of the Galloping Goose, the Lochside and the E&N Rail Trail-Humpback Connector.

The Regional Trails Management Plan will also apply to any new regional trails that are developed in the future.

The draft regional trails management plan and a related comment form are available here. Comments will be received until midnight, Jan. 31.

Two public open houses will be held in January 2016. Dates and times will be posted on the CRD website.
