Pumping gas and selling hot dogs to help local kids

The Castlegar Selkirk Lion's Club are on hand today (Saturday, Oct. 20th) at Benson Oil Plus in Castlegar for their fundraiser.

The Castlegar Selkirk Lion’s Club are on hand today (Saturday, Oct. 20th) at Benson Oil Plus in Castlegar for the annual Pumping Gas for Kids fundraiser. Lion’s members, as well as Castlegar royalty Leeza Perehudoff and Danielle DeGit, were giving away popcorn and selling hot dogs all for a great cause.

The money raised, which includes two cents for every litre of gas pumped, will go to help children in the region attend Easter Seals House in Vancouver.
