Qualicum Beach Mayor Teunis Westbroek accepts a $25,000 cheque from Michelle Stilwell, Minister of Social Development and Social Innovation. The funds will be used to improve accessibility and upgrade the town’s waterfront washroom including a new roof by next summer.
