The Town of Qualicum Beach will hold a virtual public hearing on the rezoning of a property at 103 Railway St. that would permit construction of a 17-unit multi-residential building.
The meeting will be held via Zoom on Sept. 16 at 3:30 p.m. and people who consider their interests to be affected by the proposed zoning amendments from Comprehensive Zone 6 to Residential 20 will be granted an opportunity to be heard.

Those wanting to speak about this should pre-register at https://www.qualicumbeach.com/publichearing and be able to join the Zoom meeting via telephone over the internet using a smartphone, tablet or computer.
