QUALICUM BEACH – The waterfront walkway was full of people and the skies over the beach were full of bright lights, as Quality Foods marked their 30th anniversary in business with a Festival of Lights fireworks show.
The fireworks are also a precursor to Sunday’s Family Day events in Qualicum Beach.
