Kelowna – A section of Dehart Road between Swamp Road and Gordon Drive is closed as a result of downed power lines.

RCMP first advised motorists at 11:15 a.m. today, Nov. 19, to avoid the area and find an alternate route.

The estimated time frame for the road to reopen is 4 to 5 hours, so by 4:15 p.m. DeHart, between Swamp and Gordon should be open to traffic once again.
