On Aug. 17, 100 Mile House RCMP received a report of a stolen semi truck and trailer from a business on Exeter Station Road.
The truck is a 2011 Kenworth, orange in colour with brown fenders. The plate number on the truck is HR6658 and the plate on the trailer is 71300D.
A low bed trailer was also taken that is described as a 2004 Aspen brand trailer.
It is believed that the incident occurred just after midnight on Aug. 17.
Also on Aug. 17, police received a report of a theft of vehicle from a business on Sollows Road.
The vehicle is described as a white Ford F350 with flat deck that had a black dry box, black tidy tank and black air compressor mounted on the deck. The vehicle was locked at the time.
On Aug. 17, RCMP received a report of a theft of a new RV trailer from a business on Industrial Flats Road at 93 Mile. A Big Foot Columbia River trailer was taken from the property sometime between Aug. 15 and 7.
Given the time frame of the reported incidents, police are not ruling out that all three incidents may be related.
Police ask that anyone who may have seen something in these areas during the early hours of Aug. 17 to call the 100 Mile House RCMP at 250-395-2456 or

Mail box mischief
On Aug. 17, RCMP received a report of mischief to two Canada Post mail boxes on Ferguson and Dickey roads in the Lac La Hache area.
No mail was taken, but both boxes were damaged.
Roadside prohibition
On Aug. 13, police received a report of a possible impaired driver parked in a parking lot at a business on Highway 97 in 100 Mile House.
A member attended and spoke to the male driver of the vehicle who showed symptoms of alcohol consumption. A breath test was conducted using an approved screening device where the driver blew a “fail.”
The driver was issued a 90-day immediate roadside prohibition and his vehicle was impounded for 30 days.
Golf vandalism
On Aug. 13, RCMP received a report of a theft and mischief that occurred at the 108 Golf Resort.
A number of items were taken and vandalism caused to the property. Information from the public led to a suspect being identified and as a result a youth male was arrested and later released.
It is suspected that there were other people involved in this incident. RCMP continue to investigate and will be following up with other subjects of interest who may have knowledge of this incident.
Prohibited driving
On Aug. 11, Cariboo Chilcotin Traffic Services stopped a vehicle on Horse Lake Road as the occupants were not wearing seat belts.
The driver a male from 100 Mile House area was found to be prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act from driving. The driver was issued an appearance notice for court at a later date for driving while prohibited. The vehicle was also impounded.
Hit and run
On Aug. 11, RCMP were called to a motor vehicle incident during which a cyclist had been hit by a vehicle in a commercial parking lot at 475 Birch Ave.
The driver left the scene and did not render assistance to the cyclist.
The cyclist was not injured and the suspected driver was located shortly after.
The investigation into the matter is continuing and it is asked if anyone saw this incident occur to call the 100 Mile House RCMP at 250-395-2456.
