Among other contributions to communities in the Regional District  Okanagan-Similkameen (RDOS), regional district staff have worked hard over the course of 2011 in order to raise funds for local charities.  This year, the extensive fundraising efforts of the RDOS staff have reached an amount of $3,000. Each year, staff selects several charities and recipients of the funding.  This year, food banks in each RDOS community will receive the funds.
