The recreation centre in Salmon Arm will continue to be called the Salmon Arm Savings and Credit Union Recreation Centre for at least another five years.
In 2005, the city and SASCU reached the naming agreement, complete with signage, for a period of 11 1/2 years for a fee of $184,000.
That agreement expired on Dec. 31, 2016. The new five-year agreement, which ends Dec. 2021, is for a fee of $50,000.
