The North Okanagan-Shuswap Board of Education did not receive the special adviser’s report before its regular June meeting, which took place yesterday evening.
School District #83 board chair Bobbi Johnson was advised on Friday, June 10 that the minister is still reviewing the special adviser’s report. Johnson said she is disappointed the board will be unable to report to the public on Liz Watson’s recommendations, at what is typically the final board meeting of the school year.
The report was delivered to the Ministry of Education on June 3.
