Entrants must be between the ages of 18 and 69, you can enter as a pair or on your own, send us an essay of 200 words or fewer including your goals and why you should become one of our wedding warriors.
Winners will each receive a bodybugg to keep, a three-month pass to Panorama, small group personal training and nutritional advice.
“The pass will allow them to try out spin class, TRX and our other facilities other fitness options in addition to our weight room,” said Melanie Alsdorf, Panorama’s fitness, weights and rehabilitation coordinator. “The bodybugg is like having a pedometer and a heart rate monitor along with a lot of extra functionality. It gives you a clear idea of the number of calories you’re burning each day and tracks your progress. It can also provide you with a nutrition plan based on your goals and allows you to track the calories you consume.”
To qualify, you must be available to take part in the program between March 1 and May 30. You must also agree to have your progress followed in the print edition of the Peninsula News Review and online.
