Vernon motorists are advised of single-lane alternating traffic at 30th Avenue at 40 Street as water main upgrades take place from now through to Oct. 31.
Drivers are asked to use caution and obey all signs and flaggers along the route.
The city has also announced resurfacing of Silver Star Road from Star Road to Blackcomb Way is scheduled to begin Sept. 29.
The project is expected to take approximately one week to complete and will result in traffic detours. Choose alternate routes if possible and please obey all signs.
