The owner of a distinct jewelry box is being sought.
Vernon RCMP recovered the item, which has an Asian-style design, from a break-and-enter suspect.
“We would like to get it back to the owner,” said Gord Molendyk, RCMP spokesperson.
It’s believed the item had been stolen a couple of months ago.
If anyone has information about the jewelry box, they can contact the Vernon RCMP and quote file number 2013-2211.
