Mounties are asking for public help after the sexual assault of a woman in Holland Park last month.
On Tuesday, Aug. 25, a woman was sexually assaulted while walking through the park at 100 Avenue and King George Boulevard between noon and 8 p.m.
The assault was interrupted by another woman, who was walking a dog nearby.
When she shouted to the woman if she needed help, the victim fled.
Police were not able to get the name of the witness, and would like to talk with her.
Police have found a suspect, but would like to speak with the woman witness to further corroborate his identity.
He is a Caucasian male, 6′ tall, muscular build, reddish short hair, and wearing a blue hat and black sweater.
