Sicamous RCMP are reminding residents to lock up after receiving five reports of theft from vehicles.
The thefts, from unlocked vehicles parked in driveways, occurred between Nov. 3 and 5.
Sgt. Murray McNeil said loose change, sunglasses, a wallet and a purse were among the items taken from the unlocked vehicles.
The thefts occurred overnight and were reported on Kappel Street, Maple Street and MacLean-McPherson Road.
“Police are again reminding residents to remove valuables from their vehicles and ensure that doors are locked,” said McNeil.
