There will be some traffic delays on Silver Star Road today.
To expedite work on Silver Star Road, the City of Vernon will continue with resurfacing of the road, from Pleasant Valley to L&A roads, today. It began Saturday.
There will be single-lane traffic, with flagging personnel directing traffic.
“Although every reasonable effort will be made to minimize the impact of the construction operation, delays will be unavoidable,” said Mark Dowhaniuk, with the city.
