This year marks the 25th anniversary of the annual Sleigh of Hope campaign, which will include a two-day musical jamboree in celebration.

Beginning at 9:40 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 18 and running until 8 p.m. that night, and starting again Saturday, Nov. 19 at 9:40 a.m. until 4:45 p.m., will be a total of 34 different acts on the stage in the centre of the Mall at Piccadilly.

The purpose is to help fill the Sleigh of Hope with non-perishable food items and unwrapped gifts for single moms and children.

Donations to the Salvation Army kettle campaign will also be encouraged.

The Churches of Salmon Arm Used Goods Society will be making a contribution as part of the Sleigh of Hope’s opening ceremonies, set for Friday, Nov. 18 at 9:45 a.m.
